The city of Hamm tenders for the fire brigade of the city of Hamm (client) services and supplies for the expansion of fire brigade vehicles with digital radio throughout Europe.

The requirements result from this specification and the specifications of Lots 1 and 2 as well as the annexes to Lot 2:

The entire scope of services is to be delivered exclusively in brand-new condition. Permissible deviations can be found in the terms of reference or in the specifications for Lots 1 and 2.

Delivery of the necessary accessories for digital radios of the type Sepura SCG2229.

The requirements result from the terms of reference and the specifications for Lot 1.

All products are to be delivered in brand new condition.

The bidder must offer and carry out the conversion of the existing vehicles. This includes in particular:

- Dismantling of all components of the 4M analogue radio (such as S/E device, control panel, brackets, loudspeakers, etc.) in 80 vehicles.

- Installation and commissioning of the digital radio system in 80 vehicles with different expansion stages in accordance with Appendix A - System sketch TARGET state.

- Delivery of installation material and small parts

27 vehicles of the Hamm fire brigade are equipped with digital radio in various versions and will be brought up to a uniform technical standard by the conversion. The current state of development of these vehicles can be found in Appendix B - Actual condition, the same vehicles are grouped together. Due to the different stages of development of the vehicles, there are different workloads per vehicle, which must be taken into account in the bidder's calculation.

Appendix C - Explanatory notes describe the respective expansion measures to be carried out by the bidder.
