- those who have submitted an application to participate within the deadline and who have fulfilled the participation criteria;

sending invitations to negotiations no earlier than 19.10.2022;

- questions are requested to be submitted by 24.10.2022

- answers to questions by 31.10.2022;

- preliminary tenders by 9.11.2022;

- preliminary negotiations on 10,11 and 14.11.2022;

- the negotiations will end on 16.11.2022;

The final call for tenders will be published by 21.11.2022;

Binding offers by 7.12.2022.

The result of the tender will be announced by 13.12.2022.

The contract will be concluded by 23.12.2022.

The contract period is 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2025.

The first insurance period is 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2023, after which the insurance is renewed annually until the end of the contract period.

The insurance is placed as a single entity in one insurance company.
