The old Røyneberg Nursery has been demolished, and a new nursery is to be built on the site (cadastral no./title no. 35/53 and cadastral no./title no. 34/66, 67, 192,193, 311, 312, 478, Sola Municipality). The nursery consists of two floors and three adjoining climatized sheds, as well as various non-climatized structures in the outside areas. The available area is approx. 1,720 m2 and the developed area is approx. 1,165 m2.

The estimated contract value is approx. NOK 80,000,000 excluding VAT.

The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407:2011 General Contract Provisions for Turnkey Contracts, which means that the turnkey contractor is obliged to deliver a complete project based on the builder's contract basis. The contract will be entered into when the contract documents have been signed by both parties. The contract documents consist of the following documents, in order of priority:
