Ventilation installations

For the measure "Conversion and extension of the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze", ventilation installations are required.

The city of Seelze intends to expand and rebuild the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze. An extension is planned as a new building, consisting of a 4-storey building (component A). Conversion measures will be carried out in the building wings B, C, D, E, as well as in component H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, component F, will receive an extension (1-field sports hall). The building complex is located on a paved road and is easily accessible. Installation of all subsequent positions according to DIN EN 62305-1-4, VDE 0185-305 Part 1-4 and DIN 18014, taking into account the building foundations.

The plot is flat and has a slight slope. Access is from the north from Grand-Couronne-Allee via the access road to the Kristall-Therme. An inspection of the local conditions is recommended.

Soil sampling has been carried out on the building site with the result that it is free of pollutants. It is assumed that there is no explosive ordnance, as the property is not located in a drop area. Scope of this bill of quantities: Ventilation installations

Start of construction of the entire construction work: March 2023
