The former Sama nursing home shall be reconstructed to flats and offices. After the reconstruction works the building shall have the capacity for offices for the psychiatry service, as well as 19 flats and a bedsit for rent. The demolition work for the current building will be relatively extensive as regards light structures. The concrete structures are mainly unchanged.
