The aim of this technical assistance is to support the policy of the Republic of Tunisia, through the Ministry of Education (the developer), in the implementation of the second programme of "Modernisation of School Facilities (the PMES II Project)", which aims at the construction of 80 primary schools and new school facilities, as well as the supply of 73 school buses and the provision of educational materials and equipment. The main objective is to support the Project Management Unit in the implementation of the PMES II project in accordance with the norms and standards of the EIB, the European Union and the Republic of Tunisia through target agreements (UCOs) of the developer.
