The purpose of this contract is the provision of the integral maintenance service of the buildings and facilities of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of the Social Security of Cádiz for the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2020, according to the specifications defined in the accompanying Technical Specifications.
The purpose of this contract is to establish the conditions and standards for the maintenance of the existing equipment, and the one that can be installed during the term of the contract, in the dependencies that are listed below:
- Headquarters of the Provincial Directorate of the General Treasury of Social Security and Administration 11/01, located at Amílcar Barca Avenue, 5 de Cádiz,
- Integral Social Security Office of Algeciras, located on the Cádiz-Málaga road, 2A,
- Social Security Administration of Jerez de la Frontera, located at c / Ancha, 5,
- Social Security Administration of El Puerto de Santa María, located at c / Luja, 4,
- Integral Social Security Office of Chiclana de la Frontera, located at c / Hoyo del Membrillo, 5 and 7,
- Villamartín Executive Collection Unit, located at Avenida de Arcos, 69,
- Provincial Archive-Warehouse, located in Cádiz, c / City of San Roque, s / n.
As well as the maintenance maintenance of the premises currently unused, located in:
- Cádiz, Ana de Viya Avenue, 7, 1st floor,
- Cádiz, c / Cánovas del Castillo, 36,
- Algeciras, Conference walk, 13 and 15,
- Algeciras, c / Rincon de la Luna, 9.
And the plot for the future Integral Office of Social Security in El Puerto de Santa María, located in Avenida del Discocimiento, s / n.
