The subject of the contract is the provision of a planned and emergency substitute bus transport service, by providing the Ordering Party with buses with drivers in the area of running trains operated by "Koleje Małopolskie" sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a planned and emergency substitute bus transport service, by providing the Ordering Party with buses with drivers in the area of running trains operated by "Koleje Małopolskie" sp. z o.o. The Contractor may provide ZKA in the following relations:

a) Kraków Airport - Wieliczka Market Square Mine

b) Kraków Główny - Przeciszów

c) Kraków Główny - Oświęcim

d) Kraków Główny - Tarnów

e) Kraków Główny - Nowy Sącz

f) Kraków Główny – Jasło

g) Jasło – Nowy Sącz

h) Kraków Główny - Zakopane

Minimum volume of transport performance during the term of the contract: 6 108.3 wzkm, maximum volume of transport work during the term of the contract: 150 000.0 wzkm. The planned number of ordered vehicle-kilometers is specified in Annex 2 to the Draft provisions of the agreement.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract.

The tasks of the Contractor include in particular:

performing transport services as part of substitute bus transport;

provision of directional (relational) boards in a format not less than A3, located behind the windscreen and programming of electronic boards. Models of markings and plates should be agreed with the Ordering Party.

selection of the route between individual stops in an optimal manner due to the distance, condition of the road infrastructure, estimated travel time and road conditions, as well as obtaining from road managers all required permits for passage.

providing at his own expense a dispatcher who will be in constant contact with his drivers and the dispatcher and persons responsible for the performance of the Agreement on the part of the Ordering Party;

providing parking spaces and parking spaces for the Contractor's vehicles and agreeing on the use of communication stops and stations along the route.

Each vehicle performing the transport task must be equipped with a dedicated, permanently switched on, active mobile device with the Android operating system along with Internet access. The device must enable the installation of the application WhenThe Bus arrives, to which the Contractor agrees.

The driver must be equipped with a telephone and a headset, enabling direct communication between the dispatch of the Ordering Party and the driver of the ZKA vehicle.
