The scope of the envisaged Framework Agreement concerns Policy Advisory and Engineering Services (BADI-3) for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. The future Framework Agreement for Policy Advisory and Engineering Services (BADI-3) is the successor to the current Framework Agreement for Policy Advisory and Engineering Services. It concerns the delivery of products and hiring (based on effort and result obligations). The scope has been drawn up in close collaboration with the client's subject matter experts and divided into four themes (as well as; hereinafter referred to as purchasing term 'plots'). The descriptions of the themes are set out in Annex 01 of the descriptive document.
