The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount is entered into pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in subsequent contracts. This framework agreement has already been the subject of a small batch. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a minimum of 2 operators and a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers)
