“Performance of technical expertise/technical documentation for objects in the field of operation of the Catchment Board in Przemyśl”, in the detailed scope “Development of technical and safety of concrete steps and retaining wall on the Stebnik stream in the village Krościenko together with an indication of the modic/method of repair or other solution”.

The subject of the Order is:

— “Performance of technical expertise/technical documentation for objects within the field of operation of the Catchment Board in Przemyśl”, to the extent of detail,

— “Development of expert analysis of the technical condition and safety of concrete steps and retaining wall on the Stebnik stream in Krościenko, together with an indication of the way/method of repair or other solution”.

Order scope and implementation conditions:

1) the development of the technical condition and safety of the concrete steps and the retaining wall on the Stebnik stream in the village of Krościenko:

(a) the expert analysis developed should determine the actual condition of structures, substrates and surroundings, the possible occurrence of phenomena adverse to structures and the causes of their occurrence, the conditions of safe operation, the assessment of the durability of structures, conclusions on how to remove damage and contain adverse phenomena, conduct the necessary observations, studies, measurements and control of structures;

(b) the development of technical and safety expertise should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 62 of the Act of 7 July 1994 — Construction Law (text one. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333);

(c) when developing technical and security expertise, an indication should be made:

— type and size of technical abnormalities (including possible deviations from the vertical of the masonry structure of the object) supported by the technical inventory, including technical drawings with the determination of the location of the damage occurring and the location of the sites the tests carried out,

— the state of stability of the foundation of the structure of the structure supported by research at the sites of establishment of construction structures, together with the preparation of a geotechnical opinion,

— assessment of the causes of irregularities in the technical condition of the above object;

(e) carrying out tests of the strength of concrete elements of the hydrotechnical structure by sclerometric method;

(f) performance of strength calculations of structures — stability analysis, filtration analysis and existing condition analysis for the variant after repair works;

(g) carrying out a hydraulic analysis of the object;

(h) specify the degree of suitability of the facility for further use with recommendations for the purpose of adapting the facility for further use (refurbishment or rebuilding/rebuilding);

(i) in the event of an irregularity in the technical condition of the facility, the removal of which in the mode of repair is not technically justified, the expert opinion shall specify unequivocally that there is no technical possibility of carrying out the repair works of the structure concerned without its complete demolition and restoration;

2) the development of technical documentation together with the subject of works and the investor cost of concrete steps and retaining masonry together with an indication of the mode/method of repair or other solution:

(a) when developing the technical documentation, it is necessary to indicate:

— the possibilities and methods of carrying out the necessary security and what works should be carried out in order to bring the facility to a sound technical condition enabling continued safe use of the facility;

(b) the dossier should include a description of the necessary work to enable repairs to reduce the energy of the flowing water:

— a descriptive part of the designed works, including, inter alia: strength calculations, structure stability calculations, land use design, description of the technology of the works being designed,

— the drawing part necessary for the proper design of the object of the works containing, inter alia, the landscaping project, the cross-sections and longitudinal sections of the object, the structural details.
