1. The object of the contract is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from property located within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Kartuza during the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than 1.01.2022 to 31.12.2023.

2. The item of the order was divided into the following 2 Parts:

1) Part of Order No 1: Receipt and transport of municipal waste from inhabited property from Sector No 1 within the Municipality of Kartuza;

2) Part of Order No 2: Receipt and transport of municipal waste from inhabited property from Sector No 2 within the Municipality of Kartuza;

1. The subject of the order covers its scope, among others:

1) Reception, transport and management of non-segregated waste collected from Sector 1 in accordance with the principle of proximity and hierarchy of waste management referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021, item 779, as amended),

2) Receiving and transporting other waste from Sector 1 of the Municipality of Kartuza for recovery and disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management referred to in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021, item 779 as amended),

3) Reception, transportation and management of waste collected during the Earth Day action, World Cleanup (max. 2 times a year),

4) Reception, transport and management of waste in the form of Christmas trees (Christmas trees) received from before the property, together with biowaste, within the dates agreed with the Ordering Party,

5) Receipt of waste from “wild dumps” located within Sector 1,

6) Collection of waste from the reservoir located in Brodnica Górna (mini PSZOK),

7. Equipment of the Contracting Authority for the duration of the contract with a control module used to monitor the work of equipment, meeting the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (Annex 5a to SWZ),

8) maintaining and equipping the dispatching post,

9) Equipment of owners of inhabited property with unit compostable packaging for collection of biowaste with EN13432 (so-called spins)

5) Reception, transport and management of waste in the form of Christmas trees (Christmas trees) received from before the property, together with biowaste, within the dates agreed with the Ordering Party,

6) Receipt of waste from “wild dumps” located within Sector 2,

7) Waste collection from the reservoir located in Staniszewo (mini PSZOK),

8) Equipment of the Contracting Authority for the duration of the contract with a control module used to monitor the work of equipment, meeting the requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject (Annex No 5b to the SWZ),

9) maintenance and equipment of the dispatching post,

10) Equipment of owners of inhabited property with unit compostable packaging for collection of biowaste with EN13432 (so-called spins).
