The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of medicinal products specified in 10 packages - in accordance with the provisions contained in the Price Form - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Provisions regarding the subject of the contract are also presented in the SWZ and the Draft provisions of the contract.

PACKAGE 1 - "LIQUIDS" - in accordance with the distinction of items and the description contained in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ

PACKAGE 10- "TIOPENTAL" - in accordance with the distinction of items and the description contained in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ

PACKAGE 2 - "AMPOULE TABLETS" - in accordance with the distinction of items and the description contained in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ

PACKAGE 3 - "SYRUPS, OINTMENTS" - in accordance with the distinction of items and the description contained in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ

PACKAGE 4 - "NARCOTIC DRUGS" - in accordance with the distinction of items and description contained in the Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ
