The order will be implemented by II parts:

1) Part I: digitization of documents of analogue stationary monuments.

2) Part II: 3D digitization of wooden sacred objects.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the order in Part I and Part II is set out in Annexes 1a and 1b to SWZ.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority defines the following requirements related to the execution of the employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing scanning activities of the so-called address fics (applies to Part I).

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor who intends to submit a bid for Part I of the Order hold a local vision in order to familiarize himself with the information system and examples of analogue documentation of the address fices of stationary monuments.

Local vision will take place on 24.5.2021, at 10 a.m., 2) 25.5.2021, at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.) 26.5.2021 at 10 a.m. Description of how to report in Chapter III of SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the Part I contract is Annex 1a to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the item of the Part II order is Annex No 1b to SWZ.
