The objective of the agreement is to ensure the contracting authority parallel framework agreements on building contractor services. The estimated value is less than 2 000 000 NOK for each assignment. The agreements will apply to new requirements that the municipality is unable to solve by using own resources. This does not apply to new buildings and renovation projects that are subject to separate contracts. See annex 5, specifications, for a more detailed description.

Maximum three contracts will be awarded. See further description in point 7 in the tender documents.

The duration of the agreements are 2 years, with unilateral option for the contracting authority to prolong the agreements with 1 + 1 year.
