The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to define the terms governing contracts to be awarded during its period of validity. It focuses on ecological restoration of watercourses and flood control. The services to be carried out are part of Siahvy's multi-year investment program, comprising 2 main components (ecological restoration of watercourses and securing dams). In all ecological river restoration projects, Siahvy seeks to restore and enhance the river hydrosystem. Then, the principle of securing a dam consists in increasing the evacuation capacity of the structure for the millennial flood in order to lower the water level in the basin, direct the flows and avoid an uncontrolled generalized overflow.
