4.2.1. The subject of the contract includes the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Świerklany:
(a) from the properties on which the inhabitants reside and from properties on which the inhabitants do not reside and municipal waste is created;
(b) collected in containers located at the selective collection point of municipal waste located in Świerklany at Pogodnej 5 Street;
(c) construction and demolition waste, furniture and other large-sized waste and used tyres, received on additional dates, on the individual declaration of the owner of the property on which the occupants reside.
