The subject of the contract is: "Delivery of disposable specialist equipment for the Laboratory of Hemodynamics and Angiocardiography for the needs of SPZOZ CSK UM in Łódź" – 30 packages, in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is presented in detail in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Technical parameters.

The order was divided into 30 lots. The Purchaser reserves the right to grant the following parts or groups of lots:

The Contracting Authority indicates that the Contractor may submit a bid for all parts of the contract, provided that:

A Contractor who submits an offer for Package No. 8 may not simultaneously submit an offer for Package No. 9,

The Contractor who submits a bid for Package 23 is obliged to submit a bid jointly for Lot 23a, 23b, 23c – the Contracting Authority will reject the offer of the Contractor who does not submit a full offer under Package 23.
