The offering relates to the provision and maintenance of domain services. This includes hosting and renewing the group's existing domains, as well as purchasing, hosting and renewing new domains. Further, it includes operation, support and problem solving. By tender order 2021/S 053-133861, the Agreement has been offered together with a framework agreement for the supply, maintenance and repair of certificates. It is stated from tender order 2021/S 053-133861 that the same supplier could not be awarded both framework agreements. In view of this, it is not possible for the tenderer who was awarded the Framework Agreement on the supply, maintenance and repair of certificates to be awarded this Framework Agreement.

The Defence Group is for current in possession of approximately 301 domains, with a total of approximately 20 million monthly responses. Additionally, a forward procurement of an additional 106 domain names is expected annually. FMI must have access to round-the-clock support via both mail and telephone via the Framework Agreement. The vendor must ensure that FMI's domains meet certain security requirements, including DNSSEC and DMARC.
