The BLB NRW NL Münster, as the construction level for federal buildings of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, is erecting the new construction of a new farm and care building with approx. 3,774 sqm GFA on the Lützow Kaserne property in Münster Handorf for the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg).
The building is used to supply troops at the Münster site for 600 catering participants, as well as to supply other catering distribution points.
For this purpose, a large kitchen with scullery, warehouses, cold rooms, etc. as well as a guest room with serving equipment and sales area and the necessary sanitary and social rooms are to be provided.
As a further use, the care, the cultivation of camaraderie, the recreation and entertainment of the soldiers will be located in the new building.
For this purpose, a separate guest room with counter operation, as well as a club room with terrace area, an entertainment room and a meeting and conference room are to be provided.
After completion of the new building, the single-storey, basement old building with flat roof is to be demolished and the green area restored.
As a construction measure of the federal government, the principles of the NRBBau are to be implemented for the planning, taking into account different, Bundeswehr-specific guidelines.
Furthermore, the federal government's decrees for climate-neutral new buildings, guidelines for barrier-free construction and recycling must be implemented.
Within the framework of a two-stage VgV procedure, the service profiles buildings/interiors and TGA were awarded.
Other services such as open space planning, engineering structures, building physics, pollutant reports, fire protection reports, test statics, subsoil reports, kitchen planning, etc. are expected to be awarded in the sub-threshold range.
According to NRBBau, the services include the preparation of the IPU (Initial Building Document), as well as the further implementation of the planning and implementation of the construction project on the basis of the FPU (Final Building Document).
