The RWTH Aachen University Hospital is planning to digitize pathology. The prerequisite for this is a structural conversion of a hallway on one floor.

The subject of this VgV award procedure is the planning services required for this purpose for the following service profile:

"Object Planning Building" according to §34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021 in LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 8, plus special services

Service contents:

- Replacement of laboratory furniture, floor coverings

- Dismantling floor drains in laboratories

- One hand wash basin per laboratory (contactless use), eye and emergency shower

- Protection level laboratories S2

- Devices, documentation workstations, laboratory benches, etc.

- Pass-throughs that can be closed on both sides (30 x 30 cm)

- Digestors remain a permanently installed component, must be painted (light grey)

- Custom-made sample acceptance R16 (slide/flap system)

- Pollutant remediation on openable walls

The structural implementation is to take place in the following construction phases:

- BA 1: R13 - R16 (97.28 m2)

- BA 2: R05 - R06 (47.20 m2)

- BA 3: R07 - R09/09a (72.44 m2)

- BA 4: R10 - R11 (48.64 m2)
