The purpose of this contract is the design and construction of the new communal workshops of the City of Ath which will be located at the Drève du Silence in Ath (7800).

The work will include:

• The construction of a building including offices, meeting room, cloakrooms, refectory, ...;

• The construction of a heated shed including the workshops, the central store, the garage and storage areas under awning;

• The construction of an isolated but unheated shed housing the road and green spaces services as well as parking areas under awning;

• The construction of an uninsulated and unheated hangar intended for the storage of giants and tanks of the ducasse as well as equipment evacuated during evictions;

• The realization of a concrete slab grouping the storage boxes of building materials;

• The construction of parking areas;

• The development of an area dedicated to the nursery;

• The development of the surroundings.

This contract covers the design, project studies and the preparation, monitoring, control, execution and coordination of the works.

As a result, the contract is awarded in a single lot, each building being the subject of a separate volume in the slip.
