The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Zakliczyn, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Zakliczyn (PSZOK) and the management of the collected waste, through recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to Storage.
