The purpose of the contract is to:

- the provision and implementation of a medium, high- and very high-speed connection offer to the backbone of the SYVIK regional network, using a wide range of techniques and services (copper, optical, wireless, etc.);

- an operating service of the SYVIK regional network

The contract is mixed in nature, in part:

- contract concluded at a global and fixed price;

- contract concluded in the form of a single-awarded framework agreement executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts pursuant to Articles R 2162-2, R 2162-4 2 °, R2162-5, R2162-7, R2162-9 of the Public Order Code.

The part taking the form of a framework agreement is concluded without minimum orders, in value or quantity, and with a maximum of orders in value of 5 million euros excluding taxes, over the entire duration of the contract, including renewals, pursuant to Article R2162-4 2 ° of the Public Order Code
