Group measures according to module catalogue 2023

The subject of the measure pursuant to § 16 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 and 3 SGB III is the combination of elements for the introduction to the training and labour market, as well as the identification, reduction and removal of placement obstacles and placement in employment subject to compulsory insurance.

Knowledge of warehouse incl. acquisition of forklift license

These are group measures with a carrier (Group MAT) with fixed start and end dates as well as a fixed number of participants of 10 to 20 customers in the form of a class group. The content of the measures may be the aptitude assessment and/or the transfer of knowledge in various occupational fields as well as an operational test on the 1st labour market. In all measures, the focus is basically on activating and imparting knowledge to customers with different focal points in terms of content. The distribution of the different work areas takes place on a total of 4 lots. The start and end dates can be found in the lot and price sheet.

The target group includes training seekers, the unemployed and employable beneficiaries,

In which resources in the context of formal qualifications, work and social behavior as well as work motivation are to be strengthened.

Overall, the total distribution of lots is as follows:

Lot 1 Knowledge of warehouse incl. acquisition of forklift license 12 measures of 14 participants (participants)

Lot 2 Specialisation, driving experience + mediation 10 measures of 10 participants each

Lot 3 Suitability & knowledge transfer Nursing with operational testing 5 measures of 20 participants each with reduction to 14 participants after aptitude assessment

Lot 4 My strengths and professional (re-)orientation 4 measures of 14 participants and 10 measures of 14 participants

The duration of group MAT nMK is between 2 and 16 weeks. These serve, within the framework of the support chain, in particular to check the actual suitability with regard to qualification or retraining in the aforementioned areas. Any existing deficits can be identified and counteracted accordingly. It is possible that the result of knowledge transfer in individual cases can also negatively oppose a possible career aspiration. As part of a potential operational trial, customers can apply their acquired knowledge directly on the 1st labour market. Only the lot 2 driving experience forklift license has additionally the order of placement in the first labor market, here a placement fee of 1,500, - EUR is granted. This course is the advanced course for Lot 1 in the conveyor chain and provides driving experience on a forklift truck to enter the 1st labour market.

Where possible, all measures are offered part-time and full-time.
