Purchase of main transformer for Mustankallio substation. This is a request to participate, which allows anyone wishing to apply to participate. On the basis of requests to participate, the contracting entity selects between 3 and 5 best qualified and qualified tenderers to submit actual tenders. The final selection will be made on the basis of the overall economic value for money in accordance with the reference criteria set out in the invitation to tender.

LE-Sähköverkko Oy renews the main transformer of the Mustankallio (MST) substation PM3. The new transformer is rated at 30 MVA and 115/21 kV. The purchase includes design, accessories and installations tested in full operational condition. The purchase is described in this invitation to tender and in the appendices.
