1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services ensuring sanitary and hygienic condition in the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie Sp. z o.o. in particular the performance of cleaning and auxiliary activities in connection with medical services in hospital wards and medical rooms and other rooms, in accordance with the annexes to the specification: a) Detailed description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; b) List of sanitary zones in accordance with Annex 1A to the SWZ; c) The area of the premises in accordance with Annex 1B to the SWZ; d) List of devices – minimum technical potential in accordance with Annex 1C to the SWZ.
