The National Library of Ireland (the ‘Contracting Authority’) invites Expressions of

Interest from economic operators (‘Candidates’) for the provision of Exhibition Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance Services.

Any contract that may result from this Competition (the ‘Services Contract’) will be

issued to design, supply and install the exhibition and to provide an annually

renewable maintenance contract for a period of up to five years (‘the Term’).

The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be

covered by the proposed Services Contract may amount to some 700 000 EUR

maximum excluding VAT for Exhibition Design Supply and Installation, plus an Annual

Maintenance Fee of 8 000 EUR maximum per annum (excl. VAT) over the Term.

Candidates must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current

and future expected usage.
