Trade interior plastering and painting work
Rheingoldhallen GmbH and Co KG (short: RGKG), Hechtsheimer Straße 37, 55131 Mainz, is planning the conversion and renovation of the City Hall car park, Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. This includes, among other things, the establishment of new technical centers, from which the car park is to be supplied independently by the town hall and Rheingoldhalle. Due to the damage patterns, extensive concrete renovation and the renovation of the stairwells are necessary. The internal stairwells and adjacent locks must be covered with a plaster system on the existing wall tile covering and the surfaces must be laid out anew. The doors installed by the steel doors trade must be repainted
The car park is located in Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via Rheinstrasse. The car park was built in the late 1960s as a solid reinforced concrete structure. It has 4 parking levels with a total of 545 parking spaces.
The conversion and renovation of the multi-storey car park is taking place in a complete closure.
Construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination and coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required.
In the course of the conversion and renovation of the parking garage, the following measures are planned and advertised in the plastering and painting works:
- Approx. 1360 sqm cleaning and preparation of the substrate
- Approx. 1360 sqm application of a bonding bridge
- approx. 1305 sqm filling of the wall surfaces with fabric insert
- Approx. 1360 m² silicate plaster with scratch-plaster structure
- Approx. 600 m corner protection rails
- Approx. 210 m plaster connection profiles
- Approx. 22 pcs scaffolding in stairwells for plaster and painting work
- Approx. 250 sqm ceiling paint
- Approx. 1400 sqm of wall paint
- Approx. 1400 sqm graffiti protection
- Approx. 315 square meters of full sound as an allowance
- Approx. 45 st painted steel doors
- Approx. 60 storey designation and lettering in stencil technology
