3.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of components of the intelligent campus services system – devices as part of the "smart vending systems vending vending machines" service.

in connection with the implementation of works in the PIONIER-LAB project, the National Platform for the Integration of Research Infrastructures with Innovation Ecosystems, Smart Kampus as a Smart City Laboratory.

The order has been divided into the following parts:

Part No. 1 – Vending machines with spiral feeder (so-called SNACK machine) and payment modules,

Part No. 2 – Vending machines with drum feeder (so-called DRUM machine) and payment modules,

Part No. 3 – Universal contactless card identification readers (so-called RFiD card reader),

Part No. 4 – Universal 2D code readers (so-called 2D code reader).

Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract and are included in Part IV of the SWZ - respectively for each of the above-mentioned parts of the contract, where, in accordance with Article 99 paragraph 6 of the PPL Act, the contracting authority indicated the criteria used to assess equivalence.

3. The specification of the kit respectively for each of the receiving entities for each part of the contract is indicated in Part IV of the SWZ.

4. The locations (places of delivery) of the complete subject of the order together with the assignment to individual receiving entities are indicated in Part IV of the SWZ.

5. The Contractor is obliged to provide each of the receiving entities with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. Warranty requirements are set out in Part III of the SWZ.

6. The delivered subject of the order must be brand new, not displayed at exhibitions, complete and technically efficient. The statement "brand new" should be understood as the subject of the order originally packed, not used before the date of delivery,

excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of its correct operation after manufacture.

7. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.

8. The subject of the contract supplied must come from the distribution channel of the manufacturer not excluding distribution to the Polish market and ensuring the exercise of warranty rights.

9. The subject of the order must be delivered to individual receiving entities together with operating instructions, controllers and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the subject of the order (obtaining full functionality indicated in Part IV of the SWZ). Individual consignees will not be obliged to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time and territorial limitation.

10. The delivered item of the order intended for power supply from the power grid must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables to allow it to be connected to standard power outlets, unless otherwise stated in Part IV of the SWZ.

11. The offered subject of the order on the day of drawing up the offer may not be provided by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale until 15.09.2023.
