Purchase of electricity for the Purchasing Group with the right of option, which includes facilities belonging to: UAM, UMP, AWF, UPP, UEP. The contract has been divided into 3 lots: Part 1 – purchase of electricity for tariff group B with option right, Part 2 – purchase of electricity for tariff group C, Part 3 – purchase of electricity for tariff group G. The contract size specified in the SWZ is an estimate calculated on the basis of the current electricity consumption and specifies the amounts on the basis of which contractors are obliged to calculate the price of their offer. The actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL Act. The right of option applies only to Part 1.

Purchase of electricity for tariff group B in the total amount of approximately 39 279 MWh, with the anticipated purchases by individual units:

• UAM - 19 266 MWh/12m-cy

• UMP - 13 350 MWh/12m-cy, including 1 200 MWh covered by the option right

• AWF - 1 150 MWh/12m-cy

• UPP - 2 316 MWh/12m-cy

• UEP - 3 197 MWh/12m-cy

The contract size specified above is an estimate calculated on the basis of previous electricity consumption and determines the amounts on the basis of which contractors are obliged to calculate the price of their tender. Actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified above.

The Ordering Party indicates that with regard to the performance of the subject of the contract covered by this order, it provides for the right of option referred to in Article 441 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act. The right of option for this order consists in the fact that the Ordering Party is obliged to purchase only part of the supplies covered by this order, while for the remaining scope it may purchase these supplies, but is not obliged to do so. The total volume value for the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań is 13 350 MWh – including 12 150 MWh covered by the basic order + 1 200 MWh covered by the option right due to the fact that 2 new collection points are planned to be added from 1 January 2023.

Purchase of electricity for tariff group C in the total amount of approximately 13 642 MWh, with the anticipated purchases by individual units:

• UAM - 5 240 MWh/12m-cy

• UMP - 605 MWh/12m-cy

• AWF - 545 MWh/12m-cy

• UPP - 7 047 MWh/12m-cy

• UEP - 205 MWh/12m-cy

• UEP - 437 MWh/12m-cy
