1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture of brand new, bearing no traces of previous use:

(a) up to a maximum of 2 000 pcs. (1,000 pcs in the basic order and up to a maximum of 1,000 pcs in the optional order) – portable computers, one manufacturer, one make and the same type, the same model;

(b) up to a maximum of 2 000 pcs. (1,000 pcs in the basic order and up to a maximum of 1,000 pcs in the optional order) – computer monitors, one manufacturer, one make and the same type, the same model;

– with the parameters and functionalities specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract together with the annexes constituting Annex 6.1 or 6.2 to the tender specifications (hereinafter: "SWZ") respectively – for a given part of the contract.

(1,000 pcs. in the basic order (Basic Stage One) and up to a maximum of 1000 pcs. in the optional order (Stage Two – Optional)) portable computers, one manufacturer, one brand and the same type, the same model with installed Software and with the minimum parameters and functionalities specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement together with the attachments constituting Annex 6.1 to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the performance of the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract together with the attachments (hereinafter: PPU) constituting Annex 6.1 to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the performance of the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract together with the attachments (hereinafter: PPU) constituting Annex 6.2 to the SWZ.
