As the central purchasing body, the municipality of As wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one beneficiary per parcel for its insurance portfolio, in accordance with Article 2.35 O of the Basic Law 17.6.2016, acting as a central purchasing body with additional purchasing activities up to and including the conclusion of the framework agreement, as described in Article 2.6 O of the basic law of 17.6.2016 ordered with the additional purchasing activities as described in Article 2.8 O of the aforementioned law; and this both in its own name and for OCMW As.

The current assignment is an assignment for services (intellectual services). It falls under category 06A of appendix 2 of the law of 17.6.2016 and concerns: Renewal and non-compete with the insurance portfolio and related services.
