Renewal and modernization of the Bühlot outdoor pool in Bühlertal:

After more than 50 years of operation, the outdoor swimming pool built in the 1960s is in need of major renovation and modernization.

The following measures are planned:

- Reduction of the water surface of the existing combination pool from approx. 1,500 square meters to 960 square meters,

- Dismantling of the existing functional building and replacement with a two-part new building with accommodation of the technical systems as well as the changing, sanitary and personnel areas,

- Complete renewal of the water treatment system and the associated piping as well as renewal of the sanitary, heat supply and electrical systems,

- Installation of a stainless steel combination pool in the existing concrete pool,

- complete renovation of the outdoor facilities,

- Installation of a wide wave slide and a new jumping facility (1 m, 3 m, 5 m).

- Start of construction: 1.3.2021,

- Construction completion: April 15, 2022,

—— Total construction costs (KG 200-600): approx. EUR 5.6 million net.

Foundation earth and lightning protection system:

- approx. 1,800 m foundation earth electrode,

- approx. 300 m interception systems.

Period:

- 7.6.2021 to 29.4.2022.
