BKK Mobil Oil intends to offer an external and anonymous advice and support program, known as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), for its employees as part of its corporate health management. The offer is intended to help employees individually with professional, personal and health issues. The offer should be designed as a preventive and systemically solution-oriented short-term consultation, if necessary, a referral to qualified professional persons and institutions takes place. The aim is to improve the health and performance of employees and to increase job satisfaction.
