1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", to the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
2. The item of the order was divided into 2 parts:
1) Lot 1: "Kraków", estimated demand for (active) electricity in MWh (B23 tariff): 230 000;
2) Lot 2: "Lublin", estimated demand for (active) electricity in MWh (C21 tariff): 175 000.
3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in detail in Appendices 2a and 2b (OPZ; parts 1 and 2 respectively) and 3a and 3b (PPU; parts 1 and 2 respectively) to the Terms of Reference.
4. The manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract, including the right of option, is specified in detail in the draft provisions of the agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 3a (part 1) and 3b (part 2) to the Terms of Reference.
