SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY FOR 19 ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS OF THE LEGIONOWO COMMUNE

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity for municipal buildings administered by KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o., buildings of KZB Legionowo Spółka z o.o. and for 18 organizational units of the Legionowo Commune listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ

2. The estimated demand of electricity in the period from the dates of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2023 is 4 041 493 kWh.

3. As part of the implementation of point 1, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to:

1) applications

PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Warsaw Branch, Marsa 95, 04-470 Warsaw,

PKP Energetyka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, Hoża 63/67 00-681 Warsaw

to perform the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor,

2) representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services.

The estimated demand for electricity in the period from the dates of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2023 is 4 041 493 kWh
