The work duties include:
Be the program's building work environment coordinator Bas-P and Bas-U
Coordinate planning and design with regard to the work environment between the program's projects and external designers
Ensure that the necessary health and safety plans are drawn up before construction sites are established
Ensure that the required documentation according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations is compiled and completed before the work is completed.
Establish, maintain and develop governing documents.

The consultant offered in the tender must be able to be provided for the assignment corresponding to 100% of a full-time position. However, the scope of the assignment may be lower in periods when the client does not guarantee a specific volume in the assignment. Presence in the client's premises in Malmö is important for the program's progress and community. Hybrid work is possible and decided in consultation. The consultant is expected to be available during regular working hours. The program provides a workplace in the client's premises in Malmö.
The consultant may, in addition to the consultant offered in the tender, need to supplement with additional resources during intensive periods. If applicable, this is agreed in consultation between the client and the consultant
A framework agreement is intended to be signed with one (1) tenderer for the entire assignment. The framework agreement period is a maximum of 8 years.
The maximum value that may be called off within the framework agreement amounts to SEK 50 million. If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches or exceeds this value, the customer has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect.
