The tender contest includes a contract for the leasing/hire of 2 refuse collection vehicles (for waste from cottages and holiday homes).
The contracting authority wants to enter into a leasing/hire agreement while waiting for an assessment of the cottages/holiday homes waste collection service from the municipality. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract if a procurement of own vehicles is relevant.
The contract's value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The value is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
A service and maintenance contract including a tyre service agreement with a contract period of 3 + 1 years per annum per vehicle must be included in the tender.
See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.
Lots and alternative tenders:
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
