The municipality of Belm is planning the extension and conversion of the Belm secondary school.

The subject of this award procedure is the procurement of a programmable locking system for the locations and properties of the Belm secondary school.

The construction project is divided into the following construction phases:

1st construction phase “Extension of the secondary school”

The execution of this trade for the first construction phase is planned for the period from week 22 2024 - week 23 2024.

2nd construction phase “Conversion of teacher and administration area as well as reconstruction of fire protection measures and elevator on levels 0 to 2 of the secondary school”:

The fittings (locking systems) provided for this purpose take place at different times and on different levels. Since some rooms in the existing building will continue to be used by teachers and students during the renovation work, the work will always be carried out in close coordination with the school management. The entire construction work is expected to take place between CW 38 2024 and CW 40 2025. The contractor must be available for all assignments at short notice (max. one week's lead time).

Since the "extension of the secondary school" will not be built as a completely free-standing building, but will be connected to and into the existing building on the various levels, partial fittings work (locking systems) must also be carried out in the transition areas of the existing building as part of the extension.

3rd construction phase "sports hall"

The fittings work (locking systems) planned for this purpose will take place in parallel with either the 1st or 2nd construction phase
