The works involve the refurbishment of the basement and ground floors and infilling and partial infilling of 2 lightwells, within the Grade I listed Wilkins Building; to provide additional office, meeting rooms, kitchen/servery/breakout areas, plant rooms, re-configured toilets and change of use to various back of house rooms. The office areas are to provide space for 246 staff.
