This market consultation is intended to prepare for the proposed European tender Coffee machines and (coffee) products and the maintenance of the coffee machines in question. The municipality of Doetinchem wishes to put a total concept in the market with the aim of seeing the possibilities to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at an optimal price that is realized in a sustainable way (MVI and CSR).

The municipality of Doetinchem would like to know how market parties can fulfil the above mentioned goals here and therefore wants to involve suppliers early and actively before the proposed tender (February 2022) starts.
