Contracting entities hereby provides a framework agreement on the supply of tracking system and related tracking units to nursing homes in Aalborg Municipality. Thus, the vendor must provide a web- and app-based tracking and management system to Aalborg Municipality, as well as associated tracking devices to the local government.

The Framework Agreement also provides ongoing support and maintenance in relation to the provided tracking system.

The framework agreement is offered in two models with parallel bids, whereby the delivery of the tracking system and the associated tracking units can be bid for by a purchase and/or leasing model (in relation to tracking devices and associated hardware, etc.).

Contracting entities thereby provide a framework agreement on the supply of tracking system and related spo-ring units to nursing homes in Aalborg Municipality. Thus, the vendor must provide a web- and app-based tracking and management system to Aalborg Municipality, as well as associated tracking devices to the local government.

The Framework Agreement also provides ongoing support and maintenance in relation to the provided tracking system.

The Framework Agreement provides for the provision of a tracking system and associated tracking devices to the citizens of Aalborg Municipality residing in nursing homes in the municipality who receive an appropriation thereof, cf. Social Service Act, § 112. The overall need the tracking system and associated tracking units must be able to cover is to track down and identify foster home residents suffering from dementia or similar disorder in cases where the person may move outside the nursing home or in similar situations.

The framework agreement is offered in two models with parallel bids, whereby the provision of the tracking system and the related tracking units can be bid for purchase and/or in a leasing model (in relation to the tracking devices). Bidders can thus bid for supply on the basis of either a purchase and/or leasing model and can thus submit up to two parallel bids.

The Framework Agreement will be concluded with one supplier and will have a duration of two years from the date of signature of the Agreement with an option for Contracting Regions on the extension of the Agreement by two times 12 months.

The contracting entity's estimated total consumption of the services and products covered by the tender amounts to approximately DKK 750,000 – 1,500,000 excl. VAT on an annual basis.

Over a 4-year period, the estimated total consumption of the services and products covered by the offer is approximately DKK 3,000,000 to 6,000,000 excl. VAT. The maximum total consumption of the services and products covered by the tender is DKK 12,000,000 excl. VAT.
