The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, nursery and seed production, and tourist development to be carried out in the Nowogard Forest District in 2023. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) to (4) of the Public Procurement Law. In accordance with the aforementioned provisions, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

The description of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law is included in Chapter 3 of the SWZ. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract. The contracts referred to above will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure under the single-source procurement procedure. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.).
