The subject of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate in the municipality of Kurów in 2024", coming from inhabited and uninhabited real estate, where municipal waste is generated, from the area of 17 villages: Barłogi, Bronisławka, Brzozowa Gać, Buchałowice, Choszczów, Dęba, Klementowice, Kłoda, Kurów, Łąkoć, Marianka, Olesin, Płonki, Posiołek, Szumow, Wólka Nowodworska and Zastawie.

The subject of the contract is: "Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate in the municipality of Kurów in 2024", coming from inhabited and uninhabited real estate, where municipal waste is generated, from the area of 17 villages: Barłogi, Bronisławka, Brzozowa Gać, Buchałowice, Choszczów, Dęba, Klementowice, Kłoda, Kurów, Łąkoć, Marianka, Olesin, Płonki, Posiołek, Szumow, Wólka Nowodworska and Zastawie.

The scope of the service shall include, in particular:

(a) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited immovable property on which municipal waste is generated;

b) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK)

(c) providing and equipping residents with bags for separate collection of waste in appropriate colours;

(d) preparation and delivery of municipal waste collection schedules;

e) collection of waste within the deadlines specified in the schedule in accordance with the adopted division into fractions,

f) tidying up the area around the places from which waste is exposed for collection, in the event of its littering during waste loading,

(d) the implementation of the reporting required on the basis of applicable law.

Waste management should be carried out in a way that allows achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery, as well as reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating levels preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), as well as with the Provincial Waste Management Plan and local law acts, including the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Kurów".
