A smoke and CO2 testing and maintenance as part of the annual service visit.

Legionella risk surveys and tests in approx. 330 sheltered tenanted properties as part of the annual service visit.

The provision of a comprehensive Reactive Maintenance Service including full Emergency cover.

Installation of gas fired heating systems (approx. 500 over the life of the contract)

All work shall be carried out in accordance with the current Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations or any subsequent amendments.
