2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024 - up to 1 157 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) 22 828.27 MWh basic order, of which:
1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (year 2023) Part 1 of the contract – 7 258.26 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (year 2023) Part 2 of the contract – 1 764.77 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.
3) For the purposes of road lighting (year 2023) Part 3 of the contract – 3 412.05 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c of the SWZ
4) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (year 2024) Part 4 of the order – 6 592.76 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d to the SWZ
5) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (year 2024) Part 5 of the contract – 771.12 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1e of the SWZ

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
