RDW in Chełm Mowing grasses and weeds from provincial road lanes

• Task No. 1 - on roads No. 812, 841, 844 in the Road Circuit in Chełm

• Task No. 2 - on roads No. 837, 838, 842, 846 in the Road Circuit in Krzczonów

• Task No. 3 — drain ditches on DW 846 and evaporating tanks on DW 829.

The range of services for each task includes two stages of mowing.

1. Scope in kind:

Mowing will be carried out in two stages:

Stage I - the entire width of the road lane (right side and left side), mowing area 136.97 ha

Stage II - the entire width of the road lane (right side and left side), mowing area 136.97 ha

Stage I:

DW 812 Łowcza - Chełm - Krasnystaw - 81.16 ha

DW 841 Cyców - Horodyszcze - 29,66 ha

DW 844 Chełm - Białopole - 26.15 ha

Total Stage I - 136,97 ha

Stage II:

DW 812 Łowcza - Chełm - Krasnystaw - 81.16 ha

DW 841 Cyców - Horodyszcze - 29,66 ha

DW 844 Chełm - Białopole - 26.15 ha

Total Stage II - 136,97 ha

TOTAL STAGE I+II - 273,94 ha

2. The order should be made in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order and the requirements set out in the attached Detailed Technical Specification in a manner that guarantees proper quality.

3. Services related to mowing grass, weeds and suckers may be performed only by a Contractor with the required equipment and experience in this type of work. The equipment involved in the execution of the contract must be equipped with warning (pulsing) lamps of orange color, employees with warning vests.

4. The Contractor is obliged to transport and manage the collected waste on its own in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws). 2022, item 699, as amended. (zm) or entrust this activity to an undertaking holding the appropriate authorisation.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure safe conditions for vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area of the services covered by the contract (on the basis of a temporary traffic organization project provided by the Contracting Entity).

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the range of services covered by the order.

- depth of ditches, averaged depth/- 0,80 m

- length of the ditch slope - 1.50 m x 2

- width of the bottom of the ditch - 0.40 m

- mowing from the edge of the ditch to the boundary posts, in the absence of posts for max. width after 1,0 m - 1,00 m x 2

- mowing area per 1.00 m running trench:

( 1.0 + 1.5 + 0.4 + 1.5 + 1.0) = 5.4 m x 1.0 m = 5.4 m2

Mowing area for one stage: 1 576.24 m2 x 5.4 m2 = 8 512 m2
