Description:
Post-warranty support for the Traffic Control System

Providing post-warranty support services for the Traffic Control System.

The scope of activities of warranty service and technical and substantive support includes:

1. providing the Ordering Party with technical and substantive support in the field of Traffic Control System Software (hereinafter referred to as Software);

2. providing the Ordering Party with technical instructions regarding the operation of the Software aimed at increasing the Ordering Party's independence in the scope of including third-party teletechnical infrastructure controllers and devices into the system;

3. developing and describing the process of integration and inclusion into the System of controllers and devices of the ITS teletechnical infrastructure. This process is to allow the Ordering Party to create unambiguous guidelines covering the steps and actions necessary in the third party certification process;

4. maintenance of the Software consisting in: updating to the latest version of the Software, implementing security patches;

5. administrative care for the server infrastructure of the Traffic Control System;

6. providing support to the Ordering Party in modifying the microregulation code in the amount of 30 hours / year;

7. conducting training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of work with the Traffic Control System Software at the Ordering Party's headquarters in Polish in the amount of 18 hours / year evenly distributed over three training days / year;

8. conducting training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of supervision over the integration of third-party devices with the Traffic Control System Software in the amount of 30 hours / year;

9. diagnosis and resolution of reported incidents resulting from defects in the Software or its configuration;

10. removing defects in the Software, i.e. manufacturing, delivering and installing patches of the Software;
