The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works for the reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium along with land development and the necessary technical infrastructure in Ostrołęka as part of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the municipal stadium at 1 W. Witosa Street in Ostrołęka" divided into parts:

Part I - "Construction of a grass football pitch with an athletics part - a circular running track, a straight running track and a warm-up part with the necessary technical infrastructure".

Part II - "Construction of the eastern stand with sports facilities along with technical infrastructure".

Part I – "Construction of a grass football pitch with an athletics part - a circular track, a straight track and a game part together with the necessary technical infrastructure" in the scope of:

1) reconstruction of the existing football pitch with a natural grass surface measuring 70 x 110m with a 64 x 100m playing field consisting in the construction of a new strip width of 7.0m resulting from the change of location of the main plate of the pitch

2) construction of a system for irrigation of the surface of the football field, without drainage of the slab.

3) reconstruction of the existing athletics track and construction of a set of athletics equipment and sports surface with a foundation adapted to category IVA in accordance with the requirements set by WA or PZLA

4) construction of the necessary technical infrastructure.

5) permanent equipment of the stadium.

Part II – "Construction of the eastern stand with sports facilities with technical infrastructure" in the scope of:

1) construction of the eastern stand with sports facilities:

- Designed state:

On the eastern side of the stadium, a grandstand building with an audience of up to 1,000 individual seats is being designed. Auditorium made of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, roofed. The auditorium accessible from ground level is located on the grandstand with four staircases providing communication. Under the auditorium there are sports facilities adapted to the needs of the football and athletics facility necessary for the functioning of the athletics stadium category IVA

2) construction of other cubature elements: small cubature objects set on the surface of a paved pavement without the need to make foundations:

3) construction of a subscriber MV/nN transformer station;

4) construction of an indirect electricity measurement system;

5) construction of ground-level MV electrical installation;

6) construction of the nN ground electrical installation, external lighting: electrical power supply installations; electrical lighting installations; teletechnical sewage system; removal of collisions with the electrical network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

7) construction of internal electrical installation: internal WLZ power lines; electrical switchboards; installation of lighting; installation of plug sockets; power supply system for sanitary facilities; technological; surge protection system; lightning protection system; earthing installation; installation of equalization connections; force installation; call installation in pom.nps.

8) construction of a ground water supply system - from the existing connection;

9) construction of a ground-level sanitary sewerage system - to the existing connection;

11) construction of a ground-level rainwater sewerage system - to the existing connection;

12) construction of internal sanitary installation: installation of cold and hot water; fire water installation, internal installation of sanitary sewerage; installation of internal rainwater drainage; heating installation; ventilation;

13) installation of a video monitoring system;

14) installation of a permanent sound system.
